Did Trump Send The FBI To Tamper With The Florida Gubernatorial Desantis Election In 2020?

Trump said this on Truth Social yesterday:

“[A]fter the Race, when votes were being stolen by the corrupt Election process in Broward County, and Ron was going down ten thousand votes a day, along with now-Senator Rick Scott, I sent in the FBI and the U.S. Attorneys, and the ballot theft immediately ended.”

Her comment on Twitter was in response to Trump's statement about the Florida elections that year.

I stopped his Election from being stolen,” Trump wrote…

Trump's statement about the 2018 gubernatorial contest also raised serious questions about whether he might have used federal agents to intervene in an election. The bar for the FBI to get involved in election tabulation is enormously high, and there are strict guidelines prohibiting the FBI's presence inside voting locations.

The FBI field office in Miami referred inquiries about Trump's post to bureau headquarters in Washington, which declined comment. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida in Miami did not respond to requests for comment.

The Broward County elections office also did not respond to a request for comment, but a spokesman disputed Trump's account in a statement to the Tallahassee Democrat.”’

No, the American electorate is not going to be satisfied with these non-answers.

The DOJ started the Mueller investigation to leverage Trump for Federalist judges, put restrictions on Mueller’s investigation, then shut it down and swept it under the rug after Mueller found significant findings.

This same people ignored 4500 tips to FBI on Kavanaugh.

Until this potential massive federal election interference and crime is thoroughly and completely investigated, no, we will not go away and accept a tweet from a RETIRED DOJ spokesperson as the last word.

There should be a priority bipartisan initiative to investigate this, after all, Desantis is almost certainly a Republican presidential front runner in 2024. Surely, Desantis sees the need and would fully agree to this investigation. Considering the importance of healing America’s faith in our elections, as a national leader he wouldn’t want even a hint of impropriety around the validity of his gubernatorial electoral win in 2020 to underpin his presidential run in 2024.

The last thing America needs again is a leader that is a confirmed crook, liar, and con-artist.
