Incident Report – Harassment Encounter

• Date/Time: Sept 9, early morning
• Location: Porch of residence/temporary shelter location, me sleeping with only a blanket.
• Description of Individual: Dirty looking white guy with a long black beard. Roughly 6 foot. Blue jacket. Black pants.

Summary of Incident:
While trying to sleep on a porch this morning, where I am sleeping for safety, I was approached by a male stranger who loitered nearby and attempted to engage me in conversation. I ignored him and made clear nonverbal boundary signals (refusing to engage, packing up my belongings). Despite this, he came walking up onto the porch and tried to lie down beside me.

When I told him to leave and said, “Get the fuck out of here,” he refused to respect the directive. Instead, he responded with the words: “No! Gosh, this isn’t sexy.” His statement was harassing, degrading, and indicated he was sexualizing my refusal.

Actions Taken:

• I packed up my belongings to leave the area.
• I verbally told him to leave.
• He did not comply immediately but eventually disengaged and left.

Impact:
The man’s behavior was threatening, invasive, and made me feel unsafe in my own space. I don’t have a safe space and this is the disgusting male weasels punishing e for being right about what they are doing to all women.

Despite multiple clear boundary cues, the man escalated by trespassing onto the porch and making a sexualized remark. This was around 6am this morning.
