📌 Supplemental Report – Additional Observations & Concerns

After posting my initial incident report, I want to document additional facts and concerns based on what I witnessed while sleeping outside the Berkeley Police Department:

I was instructed by police to wait outside the station until my promised tent and sleeping bag arrived.

While I stayed there, both police officers and passersby were repeatedly looking directly at me and my belongings.

Several people tried to persuade me to leave, but I told them clearly that police told me to remain until my tent arrived, so I stayed.

Despite remaining exactly where I was instructed, my belongings—including my sleeping bag essential for survival—disappeared from right outside the police station.

Given these circumstances—including being told to stay put, repeated attention from police and others, and the sudden disappearance of my belongings—I have reason to suspect my property may have been removed or disposed of, intentionally or otherwise, by individuals associated with the police or under their direction.

I am documenting these facts as a supplemental report to ensure there is a complete and accurate record of what happened.
