Recently, I was instructed by Berkeley Police to wait outside the station until a promised tent and sleeping bag arrived. I stayed exactly where they told me to stay, but my belongings—including my essential sleeping bag—disappeared from directly outside the police station.

If my suspicion is correct—that police or someone acting with their knowledge took my sleeping bag—this is a murder attempt through exposure.

There are cameras outside the Berkeley Police Department that can easily confirm who took my belongings.

Yet it’s obvious Berkeley Police won’t investigate themselves or release this footage, because it could reveal they knowingly endangered my life.

Because if police or someone acting with their knowledge took my sleeping bag:

At best, it’s reckless indifference to my survival—knowing I could die of exposure but not caring.

More likely, it’s deliberate intimidation to force me away and silence me because I’m documenting their failures.

At worst, it’s an intentional murder attempt: a conscious decision to remove my ability to stay alive, hoping exposure would finish the job.

These are not abstract possibilities—they are the only logical explanations given the facts:

Police knew exactly where I was sleeping because they told me to wait there.

My sleeping bag disappeared from outside a heavily surveilled police station.

There is camera footage that can instantly show the truth—yet police have no interest in sharing it.
